    Anyone having issues getting .NET 3.5 to install on 9888? Doesn't seem to want to work for me :(

    DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:f:\sources\sxs replace F: where your install media is located, remember to open command prompt as admin

    This fixed the issue, thanks scandal1981

    What does the 'replace' command-line or parameter do in DISM?

    What does 'replace F: where your install media is located" do in DISM?

    you just have to comment on anything, don't you?

    Tried to install via usb drive, failed. Would even get past the beginning. Used rufus to create bootable usb, and it did indeed boot. Error message couldn't install from there.

    Then you did something wrong. Rufus is working fine here with Build 9888.
