DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:f:\sources\sxs replace F: where your install media is located, remember to open command prompt as admin

What does 'replace F: where your install media is located" do in DISM?

you just have to comment on anything, don't you?

Tried to install via usb drive, failed. Would even get past the beginning. Used rufus to create bootable usb, and it did indeed boot. Error message couldn't install from there.

 

Then you did something wrong. Rufus is working fine here with Build 9888.

 

Any idea what that might be...???

s**t... Ok, give me a couple seconds, I'll reboot and try it again, and copt down the message...

 

fix the stick with diskpart and - active.
Than copy all with 7z unpacked files from the ISO to the stick and boot.

 

Computer started using windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart computer so that windows starts normally. Then, insert installation media and restart upgrade.

 

BUILD 9990!!!!

 

Could you explain a bit on that? It's difficult to get information online on that particular Build 9990.

 

is there a way to activate build 9888?
