Way I see it, the final approval department of MS, made up of 4 guys, very similar to you, EFA11, Murphy78, and S1ave77 decide on the leak/no leak status of builds. Can you picture a crew like that adding a few things to a few builds just for giggles, I can. I would not be at all surprised to see Windows 95SE leaked on Tuesday...

No doubt M$ have gained a lot from previous leaks...but they had to structure the Insider program in order to get proper MIS-type reporting in order to get a somewhat more structured testing result from a broader audience... just ask Gabe

Maybe they didn't get the same amount of users with the official pre-release builds they handed out vs the leaked ones, so they leaked one, I know leaked builds are definitely more exciting than builds you're supposed to be testing For about 10 minutes anyway
Are you serious? What is going on? I haven't finished testing my Build 9888 and there's leak of 9902! I hope Microsoft is not going to sue somebody for all these non-public Builds leaks. As long as they are out there I am ready to have my hands on them if I can. Windows 10 Technical Preview is the new guy in town. If you aren't moving with the bandwagon you'll have yourself to blame and to ask the question. Why did I hesitate not to test Windows 10 Technical Preview when I have the chance to do so? They say curiosity kills the cat but you aren't going to blame me for being curious. I am a 21st century boy, with the world telling me to learn more. Does anybody have the leak, please?
I saw somewhere where the tester claimed Cortana to be on Build 9902 or something. I am dying to see it in Windows 10 Technical Preview tested by me.
