    I'm having the same issue. can't manually install it either. went back to the official build for now

    You may try something different.Just google it Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installer.
    Its a perfect tool and works for me,cos I was not able to enable net3.5 even via comand prompt.

    Please help, how do I activate the new Windows Build 9888?
    What Serial I'll take that, you have a public?

    My Manual installation of build 9888 went smoothly.
    But was ordered to install all the programs New.: Cool:


    NET3.5 I installed command from a Win 8.1 Iso via CMD.

    dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all /source:G:\sources\sxs /limitaccess

    Change "G" for your drive letters.

    How is the performance of this build? Faster than previous build? Faster than Windows 8.1 with Update 3?

    I heard today that Cortana is in build 9888 but I can not find it.
    Has anyone found it yet.
    I would love to try it.

    JUst call

    I just used Microsoft phone activation by using slui4 trick worked great.

    Thank you. I actually did try calling the 1-800 number initially, but I got lost within all of the phone prompts and it ended up transferring me to a customer service rep, so I ended up hanging up. MTK solved the issue for me with zero hassle. :)

    9888 is extremely buggy. I am a very heavy user and so far I have received 3 BSOD, countless of freezes and cold shutdown and boot. It all happened in less than a day. 9879 was much more stable.

    With so many different configurations, I am not surprised to hear that. For me, its the most stable yet. Guess it depends on hardware and software used on it, at this point.

    More to come I'm sure lol
