I have not seen fbl_release in the 9902 build. I have never seen a winmain leak for Windows 10 so far.

Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9888 is a bit stable compared to Build 9879. Good luck!

Why did you come to that conclusion? If the dedicated graphics in your system are finding it difficult to render properly in Build 9888, it means it is not compatible with it rather than saying it breaks your graphics. My understanding is that to have a good experience you will need to disable one of them(I advise to disable the ATI), for better functionality. That might just solve the problem.

For some drivers you'll have to into Windows 8 Compatibility Mode to get the most out of it!

On the Intel Corporation 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset Family SMBus Controller. Have you tried the hardware id value at the device management to verify any compatible ones online?

Have you given 14.4 a try? They seem to be the most stable bunch for a lot of people.

AMD has cut a lot of code out of their drivers past 14.4 to get their upcoming Catalyst Omega drivers ready for Tuesday.

This might not be related but I guess it won't hurt to try.
