    is windows 9 going to be released but sort of a patched release with cortana features?

    Now the forums of windows 9 have to change it to 10.

    Windows 10 sound so futuristic.

    I don't see that many real game changers with the OS at the moment. Right now much of the features we've been shown have been present in Linux for a great deal of time.

    Hell even Mac OSX has these tricks in them already. Also the swiping between programs is beautiful in it lol but alas I kinda like the waviness of Linux which MS took out when they tossed Aero aside.

    the direction is a good improvement to Windows 8. Now Windows 10 only needs to get beautiful again (bring Aero Glass back). The flat look of Windows 8.1 RTM is horrible. My eyes are aking all the time I have to use Win8/8.1 without Aero Glass and Win8 RP Theme.

    Windows 9 was 8.2 Windows 10 was 8.1 update 1;now is Windows build 10404 :D
