That's how it is! Fact is that the Start Menu isn't the OS in first line! MS was just follow what many were yelling for: GET THE OLD START MENU BACK! As usual, now it will be back, most who were begging for it, now starting to go against it because is the old one back with some new add on's! And, the TP is just in Alpha stage (if it already is??) and neither Consumer Preview (which may differs a bit from Technical Preview!), Beta, RTM nor Final! What will be out on the end of a day, means as Final, isn't known today, and yet! In fact, the Technical (and the Consumer) Preview will may be the guideline of what will the final be looking at the day of release.
As anybody who has an working MS Account or created a new one! That didn't mean's that you download already because it seems to be that the download isn't available (for the INSIDER) yet!
That's just not true because there will be quite some people who got it already and they still keep it! Look again at your own (clownery) post's what you'd written! That were just a lie!
