Look at them... they always speak in the highest tones about their product, but sometimes I wonder if they ever contributed just a single line of code to build it. I know, management of such a large development team is very important and a crazy task, but I've never heard a "thank you to all our developers who made that possible" during such an event... or did I miss something here? It always sound like they created all this just by the power of their minds.
omg, i'm downloading it, I'm downloading it...........................wait, now...............................oh crap its 8.1 trial
Yep, they need until to tomorrow to change some bitmaps and pre-install Classic shell. That's all that has changed from 8.1 to 10.
I love how they're trying to sell an entirely different OS on the basis that it has something that they removed from the previous version. This preview better actually have some different changes or there's no way in hell I'm buying this crap.
Would you refuse to upgrade as a freebie from Windows 8.1 (somehow I doubt this is going to be the case, though)?
Eh... it depends how much their upgrade offer is... I generally don't mind kicking in to support MS if it's like 40 bucks or cheaper, but there's no way in hell I'd pay 50 or more for a start menu.
I can't believe we're still on a subset of NT Revision 6. It's been like 7 years since it actually hit that number.
