There's a pid.txt to install Pro Preview. And it is that easy to hide the watermark by using complementary desktop background color (white for black desktop and vice versa).
In case it helps, I tried the Synaptics official driver from their website instead of HP with a fresh install and still no scrolling on IE and Metro. I know it's a Preview, but was wondering if anyone solved this problem without using a USB mouse?
Sorry, don't get your point. Iirc that tool removed the complete branding strings, even the one shown in system panel .
Nice thing is that withinRafael already created UXStyle for the Preview, unfortunately new themes are rare (and not inverted).
Nop,,,,,,, The WCP removes the desktop watermark though. Am trying this out but I will still reinstall windows TP and keep everything as ms intends it to be. Am afraid any tempering of files may affect future preview builds. I genuinely think anyone who wants to try out the windows preview should do it the way it supposed to be and contribute to its development. If you think the watermark is too much, use windows 8/8.x...
I am sorry to say it didn't work for me. I even tried it from elevated mode. What Windows 10 Technical Preview did you try it on?
I really dunno why im always seeing loads of programs on the screenshots you guys shouldn't be using it as much as a main distro also your likely to have it all reinstalled x10 times on future previews that is if MS keeps their part of sending us each new update that needs feedback meaning broken stuff might be obtained in the future updates.
