    Uninstalled what I could and deleted short cuts through file explorer for what I could not. Right click and uninstall, then repeat and repeat and repeat and ....... :D

    Windows Update worked fine yesterday, today is a no go. I did run the following command in an elevated command prompt:

    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    Still the same result.

    You must have installed a virus program and it cleaned your system :D

    Curious...

    I've had no outages of Windows Update. Has anyone who has seen an outage done any tweaking on their systems - ie remove watermark, stop the real time telemetry, etc?

    Nope, even tested the Fresh Install snapshot to chack that.

    The problem was on Micosoft's end. had the problem with an existing as well as fresh install, too. I'm glad it's sorted out.

    Although this problem was fixed now at installing the updates one of which is a Zune Software Optional Update i get that updates are already being installed (note: i have Immersive CP closed).
