    clean install and dirt install of winx tp and doesnt fully boot on my board boots into black screen with only mouse cursor can be seen??/, m2n-sli ,,, has been booted off older boards and worked fine,,

    Make a refresh install of windows TP.

    By the way, Is there an option to run command prompt in full screen ?

    Deleting the app won't stop the TP from sending reports back to MS. ;)
    Apart from the discussion if MS is "spying on you" or not.

    I accidently uninstalled the feedback app and can't figure out how to reinstall it. HELP?????

    This might help. Insert your installation Disc or USB and do a system repair with it.

    Try to re-download via the store. If you cannot, then the only way would be to refresh/renew the windows install AFAIK.
    Actually there could be some powershell wizardry you could possibly do, but I have no idea of the commands to install provisioned packages.
