    Are there any good/serious chances that today will be the release day of the new build?

    I think no chance maybe old build 10022 will be leaked,but who knows.

    Only decent tool that changes icons is Stardock's IconPackager which costs $$$$$ (Stardock of course NEVER releases freeware).
    The free alternatives crash on startup or otherwise don't work.

    And resource editing requires manual re-editing every time the DLL file with the icons is updated by a Windows Update.

    dude icons can be changed so easy any icon tool or exe edit tool

    Maybe Zac got a copy from MS. If there was a leak they would say something about it.

    also last weeks news but confirmed.

    Spartan will ship in an upcoming version of the Windows 10 Technical Preview, but we don't have more info to share at this time.

    i wonder if this time they manage to get rid of all the 3d effects on the native windows menus before rtm
    also the dll files are full of old resources from xp and pre xp times. maybe if they'd get rid of all the old crap they could reduce the image size to below 3gb.

    The boys over at MS seemed to be greatly disturbed by my calling Windows 10 a telephone operating system.

    Well This one failed today when testing it again, has been a few days since I last used Word or Excel from this Office Preview Tried opening the apps. they failed, tried opening a document that failed all w/ the same window.
    Something is broken in the Office Preview now.
    Going to the Store didn't help, no fix there.
