For the rest i have said wednesday for a simple reason, i prefer going it safe with gabe (your last tweet's are the proof)
after the release of 9926 which came in many different language versions it might be difficult to upgrade from 9926 to any later version like 10031 keeping the original language since Wzor only has the english file (or he only has screens?). This upgrade might render your 9926 useless in terms of the missing language files where I doubt they can be replaced with a lp pack. Speaking for myself only I better wait for the official new builds deployed by MS having new lp on board. Otherwise you have to mount a leaked build in VM or separate machine not used for work.
BTW:- Anybody noticed the Steam icon on the task bar that MS showed on the January Event, it looks just like a metro app but, it actually is a desktop application... He said about blog & insider hub post...& all those have come with a new build ever since the Technical Previews started.
Look like a new style for taskbar icons (that i have seen in some concept), good...hope it will be implemented soon
Really don't see what the frenzy is about... new ugly icons? Cortana/Spartan telemetry... or what? 9926 is running just dandy (as main OS)... all Win8 developed apps runs fine even the universal stuff (considering this is a 'made for the desktop whiners' version)...
