    I would've done a clean install if they provided ISOs, or if I can find a fast FTP or HTTP mirror with the ESD converted to ISOs that's bootable, so in-place upgrade was the only feasible option.

    Yeah, it seems those that upgraded from 10036 are having the most issues. :(

    Me too, I did a fresh install of 99whatever it was and upgraded, then created my own iso. Works fairly good, just can't stand the icons and "metro apps".

    Yeah, I'm getting the same. But on 10041 Realtek Audio keeps failing. :(
    But worse still the AMD video driver worked, meaning I've got days of trying to dig out and remove the 300+MB of AMD Control Crap :mad: why do they add that to low powered onboard GFX chips. :confused:

    Anyone else having problems upgrading to 10049?

    I am running it on VMWare Workstation (on top of Win 7). I had 10041 doing just fine. When I went to update to 10049, it was a very slow process to do the actual update. However, when it went for a reboot, it got all the way to 23% total/79% setting up and just hung there (went down stairs for an hour or 2 and came back to find it was still at 23/79% :( When I rebooted (under VMWare) at that point, it came back and said it was restoring my previous version of windows (just tried again this morning with same results).

    Anyone else experienced this? Am I missing something?

    Problem : can't make bootable USB out of it anymore (tried MS DVD tool,SYSlinux,easy2boot,grub4dos)

    it winload.exe error with blue screen and ON screen options do not work o_O

    if any 1 have MS's 1st build x64 ISO match checksums below

    however installing from setup.exe works but it do not ask for on which partition of drive to install win 10

    it just try upgrade on running windows 8.1 Pro host

    Pre-9926 builds are expired now; at least upgrade to 10074.

    i can understand that but HOW an .iso file got corrupted ?

    also installed win 10 got corrupted and i even not using it :eek:

    so i was curious and i tried setup.exe

    but after getting file ready for installation

    in reboot i got same error :g:

    currently downloading latest leaked
