2) I just get rid of flash player manually and blocked access to it's folders
3) Yep, others most likely are incompatible too

It's my first upgrade ever. It just saves the time on installing software like office etc. and keeps configuration. I've been using Win8 preview builds for around a year and yes in this state bugged anyway... RTM is the time for clean install imo

Sorry Luky, I don't know what happened there.
I sometimes get the Black wallpaper in safe mode, when the theme I'm using doesn't show.
But the everything else works OK.

As free1975yuly has said upgrade's are never really a good choice, and that goes double when your messing with Beta software.
Buggy and Unstable on top of Old and Unstable is never a good mix.

 

With this new XAML Start menu, is it possible to customize the tile size of apps that we pin to it? I'm not familiar with where these settings are stored.

Thanks, but I was referring to manipulating under the hood settings manually since right-click only provides two options.

 

In all the same (black background) and no icons from Winodws.

 

how do I get search box in Win 10 with cortana to taskbar, thanks.

 

This is the reason for I use an external HDD for keep my programs or backups so I can reinstall them easy.

Right click on the taskbar --> Search --> Show search box.
Keep in mind, that for now Cortana is only available in US. If you live somewhere else, but still want to play with this feature, you must switch your region to US, and select US English as your primary language.

That's what I thought, I had that done, but it does not work on mine.

 

That is the same thing I am getting over here. The fact you live in USA doesn't require you to change your location. You are in the right position to test Cortana than many of us who are not within the perimeter of that great nation.

I am having a problem with the Lumia Camera of my Windows 10 Build 9926. When I try to turn it on it shows '' Something went wrong'' dialog without displaying any image.

 

Then you did something wrong. Maybe you're using Local Account instead of Microsoft Account? Or maybe your language preferences are wrong.
Below you can see how your settings should look like if did correct.

EDIT. If you're using not en-US localization, it would be a good idea to download and install en-US language pack.

 

Ever since I update to the January TP, my Photos modern app will crash after being opened for a few seconds, and then open and crash and open and crash. Any ideas on how to reinstall or something similar?

 

To uninstall a Modern App, right click on it and select Uninstall. To install it again, go to Store, find app and install it.
