Thanks for this mate. Being in the UK I would never have seen it. Hopped onto my CyberGhost trial, got a US IP and signed up and redeemed my storage. 130GB Storage now. Personally, I use Onedrive a lot. All my phones backup to it, as do my work laptop and PC and home devices. I like it being tied into explorer.
That's Build 10011. Where did you get that image from? That is particularly geared toward Microsoft partners while looking at the 'Microsoft Confidential'watermark on the screen.
I read that if MS realize that you are not from U.S by checking your activity, they cancel your free space. Now I expanded my storage but I am suspicious. You must be behind US VPN all the time.
Home computers are more apt to be stolen than hacked - EXCEPT - timster who had some nude selfies of his taken: Spoiler
I hope Microsoft is letting one guy design all the Icons to put into the previews just to f**king troll everyone, i don't mind the contrasty stuff but the Icons like for PC, Drives, all the angled stuff looks so ridiculously retarded
LOL, I thought the UK, Ireland and the EU were supporting Microsoft in the case were the US Government to trying to force them to hand over customers data. Its Amazon, Google and Starbucks that we seem to be after these days. Doesn't Microsoft usually leave the UI stuff till last ? Plus wasn't it in XP were they had that flat light blue themed UI through out the beta, and only revelled the darker 3D type theme at release
EVERYBODY is after EVERYBODY - companies spend so much on legal fees they've little left for doing what they're supposed to be doing. Without legal costs MS would now be working on a Kick Azz version of Windows 15 that had a customizable UI, worked equally well on all devices, cost $1.64 for the cheap version, $2.39 Pro version, the Enterprise version was free to all companies without a legal department, and you could activate it online, on the phone, through email, or with a note from your mother. Starbucks - living proof people will spend way too much for way too little - it's coffee people - get over it. Anybody who drinks a Mocha flavored Lattee Frappee Crappee with whipped cream is in dire need of help and probably loves the new Metro UI with live tiles, dead icons, and the ability to do very little. ETA - Have to mention WINDOWS 10 to stay on topic - consider it mentioned.
Well lets see how long I get to keep it for. Thanks for heads up though. If they want to ban me from Bing Rewards, fine. Could think of far worse punishments. lol.
OT Spoiler @bchat Why stop at Starbucks? But the real sad thing is that people don't just spend way too much for too little, they also support bad working conditions and poor wages doing it, and no one seems to care.
I Agree, this is when you go "Beyond retarded", for Windows Vista the icons were 3d and modern, very stylish, 7 used almost the same icons with few new ones, 8 uses the same, 10 at first used the same, later used flat 2d icons (not really bad but ugly) and now they're using angled icons that give a flat but 3d 2d look eww I dont know, so retarded indeed, and I hope they bring a start button orb back or some colored flags at least, they can't keep this button from Windows 8/8.1, it will remind people of failure... P.S. It's ugly.
Won't it be simple enough to replace the icons with a icon pack? I do not remember a time when I could not make Windows pleasing to my eyes with just a few minutes of work.
