i had that issue just go back to the old one then go back to the new one restart then go to C:\AMD\AMD-Catalyst-Omega-14.12-With-DOTNet45-Win8.1-64bit\Packages\Apps\CCC2\Core-Static-Net4 and install ccc then everything will work

 

I read 'transparency' would be returned to Windows 10 Build 9926. I don't know how clearly correct or factual that is.

It didn't work or I did something wrong

 

I didn't need to go back. All I did was go into C:\AMD\WU-CCC2\ccc2_install\Core-Static-Net4" and double clicked on "ccc-core-static.msi". CCC installed perfectly and worked immediately.

Today the released new AMD driver, date 06.02.2015. I installed it moment ago. First I used DDU in safe mode. Apps like fraps etc. are still crashing...
