I have found the solution by running the command below as Administrator at PowerShell command prompt.

Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" -verbose } 

 

i ran it lol but what does it do?

 

It fixes the Start screen and Notifications problems of not responding to open.

I see repeating notifications (not all, but a small subset) when I reboot the system or restart the Explorer shell or (probably, as I never do it) logout/login.

I don't know if this is intended behavior, but I doubt it. Haven't seen Better Call Aul comment on it yet, but then I might have missed it.

Under what conditions are you seeing them?

Hu .... I can smell a leak

 

The build string in WZOR's picture contains 150205.1859, but I can't find a build with that string on the ESD database...
Or am I a complete retard?

 

And I can smell a bunch of ugly icons coming out of the trashcan ready to be leaked

 

me too but that stuff is preliminary atm and not RTMed though
