Sometimes I have to change the desktop resolution and after getting back to the original resolution, icons get messy. Sometimes It happens after a game crash too. That guy is pretty good on that.
Good, so the previous rumor about different new recycle bin icon has been confirmed by neowin in this new article: neowin.net/news/windows-10-search-functionality-updated-in-upcoming-builds
There seems to be a "recycle bin" focus going on all over the web - the recycle bin is for sissy/wimpy/girlie people - take it off the desktop - set it up to be by-passed and delete stuff with the confidence of a gallant warrior. P.S. - I personally can't do this because all my "throw away" stuff has to be approved by my 3rd ex-wife's lawyer... ETA - some please leak a new build soon - MDL is starting to stand for Most Dumb Listings
True, but it's a extremely easy work to do, that would more easy if Microsoft take the source from deviantart Hovewer at this point Spartan it's a most important thing respect recycle bin
Plenty of people who I deal with in my line of work (IT Support) use the recycle bin as just another folder for storage... Like its an archive box... So first thing I do when I take control of a new network; disable recycle bin, remove all paths to it and "forget" to tell people I have enabled shadow copies. If people cant find the path to wisdom on their own, force them...
I solved this problem in Win98 by leaving the standard icons on the desktop. All others were in Quick Launch Bar or Start Menu. This worked great until Windows 8 broke it. Yeah, kinda the same thing here. On the systems that come to me for fixing, it appears 'My Pictures' in for 'Selfies' and the 'Recycle Bin' is for 'Rude Selfies'
The ones that come to me for repair always go back with recycle bin empty. If the user has a panic attack when I tell them I cleaned it, I then show them what it is for, and where I put the stuff that was previously in the bin. If they actually were using it correctly, I delete the backup copy.
Quick launch still works in 7, 8 and 10 Quick Launch is used to open a program quickly from a shortcut on the taskbar. In this case in a toolbar The Quick Launch folder is located at the hidden system folder location (step 2) of: C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch 1. Right click on a empty space on the taskbar and click on New Tool. 2. In the Folder line, type or copy:%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch Hit enter Unlock and drag Right click and no text Regards
