Maybe that's my fault

look at the message I sent to Microsoft yesterday

"Please Microsoft don't publish any build for 20 days because my laptop is going service to Lenovo so I will not be able to test it & I will be very mad "

What is going on here? The expectations of many concerning the new Build are turning into comedy. I enjoy reading most of the posts though.

 

Does it really mean we aren't going to get any Build very soon?

Start10 will make Windows 10's Start menu even more like Windows 7

 

NVM, links I posted were a guy who seems to like posting fake s**t, disregard.

 

From looking, a Windows 7 menu with a Windows 10 feel, adding functionality and customization. Looks nice to me.

I can't wait to see how many people actually use Windows 10 once it is RTM. Should be fairly entertaining to see what people are going to say about it.

 

Hoping for a new build today that would be nice

I'm sticking with the Win10 menu too, because I honestly like it. I hated the Win8 menu, but ClassicShell actually made Windows 8 usable. Since MS has combined the best of Win7 and Win8.1 in 10, I'll stick with the default menu in Win10.

Don't like the standard wide start menu in Windows 10 the smaller one after using the reg tweak I like better

Aren't the future builds going to have an adjustable start menu, (custom dimensions)?

 

Looks a lot better than the recent stock menu that's for sure.

 

I hope so !! We will see if microsoft has learned something from the feedback people gave

 

I tried this command (twice, to make sure it worked), then re-enabled the new Start menu in regedit and restarted windows. the Search function now works, but the start menu itself still doesn't pop up. Nothing changed in respect to the Metro apps. Still broken.
