You can find the LCU branch in onepackage.AggregatedMetadata.cab > LCUCompDB_*.xml / TargetBuildInfo

Thought this was the 28000 thread... which is actually a retail release
(ARM64 + X64 despite, so called evidence to contrary)

    ... not 28020 (insider release)

As 226x0, 262x0 and now 28020 all are based on their xxxxx.1 base images, this is the correct place for the 28000 based updates in whatever channel.

It is only really retail channel for arm64, with 26H2 it will go retail for x64 too, for now it's just stupid for x64 :D.

All this only to promote a new CPU, commerce in charge;)

Recognize your current situation (re: your diabetes thread, and appreciate the efforts/ contributions)

but perhaps consider changing the thread title to 280xxx, like you have done with previous threads

apologies, just had a really frustrating day, sorry...

wow, 28000.4 is not based on 28000.1o_O
    i prefer 28000 over 26xxx, at least it doesn't have a checkpoint update yet:holiday:
    upgraded from 28000.1340 to 28000.1450:cat22:
    manually:(
    nice build :drink:

    28000.1 has no timebomb
    28000.4 has timebomb
that's two different builds by msft, so logically should be two threads

I will think about this, bacause it is already confusing enough with this nonsense for this f**king arm64 cpu commercial crap.

i could make a separate 28020 canary channel thread and a separate retail channel for arm64 and whatever state x64 has on 26H1?

yeah, 28020 = real canary, thread could be based on 28000.4 base build
the second thread should be based on 28000.1, which is retail arm64 (but still not GA) and not available for update / upgrade x64 one

x64 patches are from prod1 branch, so that are really retail patches, they are just not available for WU users at all and we have to use UUP dump fetching exact build number on retail or canary channel
idk how to make it simple, this thread is already cursed so it's ok as is now

True 10G is expensive, I have only one 10G card so far (Intel X550-1T). My 10G Netgear switch is managed, though, this looks like an unmanaged one.
Currenly, still on cable, put planning to move to Fiber soon.
