But from what I've seen, more people say that 23H2 is more stable than 24H2.:p

i prefer to stay at 28000.1340o_O
    tried 1450 1575 1635 1641, my vulkan app cannot run properly:confused:
    lag or black screen:eek:
no matter what, to me, 28000 is better than 26100:drink:

How do you stay on .1340 when the initial install automatically installs updates?

Is there a stable 28000.1 base available that can be used for installation and later updated with W10UI?

UUPdump shows .1 for Insider Preview. I'm wondering if that can be considered stable enough to use as a base install for adding Apps, customizing etc. before adding updates and if that's my only choice for a .1 base.

Edit: I see this is not recommended because of ARM. Oh well, will wait to see how all this evolves.

That's the only available base version anyway, the very first one is the same but files named differently

It's as stable as it could be, no issues whatsoever

And yes, at first I was using insider version, then switched to the retail one i send you before, both were fine with W10UI

also do not do that with the 28020 builds as the base for those is timebombed

yeah, timebomed one is 28000.4, and it doesn't work with retail patches anyway due to the build version requirements

How to integrate .NET Framework 3.5 into the install.wim of 26H1?
