Noticed that the Windows update in 26H1 does not provide any .NET v8-10 (not .NET Framework) updates.

Is it possible by any way to do the upgrade from 25H2 x64 to 26H1 x64 (= not clean install) and bypass CPU, TPM and SecureBoot check on real PC? IMHO SecureBoot can't be overriden in registry.

It's possible but you need to switch Windows edition. Use mas to switch to IoT Enterprise and activate. Then you can perform the upgrade without sb, tpm, etc.

    c:\windows\Panther setupact and setuperr logs.

The safeOS error is a general one, iirc, it has to do with incompatible bios/driver or AV interfering.

    I made a mistake, my tests were from 22H2 19045.7058 > 28000.1719.

Going to redo all but with 25H2 > 26H1 scenario asap :)

First with clean but fixed MVS ISO, option 2 (my preferred option)

ps, you have used fix 1? the server info trick + server.cfg, when using this option you need to keep the install offline/disconnected (w)lan.

I have a feeling, that whole error is just missing integrated driver. In other words, IMHO it isn't error connected to the tool itself at all.

I am integrating driver pack to ISO rn (before I will run the tool).

Yep, the tool did it's job when setup passed the sku selection.

Errors other then the message TPM and SB is required are not related..

Depends on the installed language, but that should have been reported at forehand, then it would not have allowed to keep files and apps at upgarde setup.

I've had two memory management BSODs since patch tuesday thing, hope the next preview update would change something in a good way
