I never check my ram usage when i am browsing and install another buold to compare, there will be plenty of improvements and less better improvements, i just told in short what the relation to the two releases were.

Dial to already existing pppoe profile seems broken in 28000, after the pppoe connection is disconnected I cannot using existing pppoe dial profile, need to re-create from scratch. Otherwise pretty solid build. Also 28000.3086 preview seems out.
I have read so many articles saying 26H1 will not run on any other hardware other than arm devices and also performance will be hindered or downright atrocious on any other device, yet microsoft allows this build to be installed on other cpu's, if it were truly meant for arm devices why not a hardware lock to those?!? I run it on a hx 370 just fine yet everything I read says I shouldn't be able to, lol
