    S mode.
As far as I know, there is no such variation as LTSC on the wsus side.

Does it say what architecture? Because it most likely will be arm64 only.

All architectures will be available. x64 and arm64. This will be released soon as it is listed in Wsus only at the time of the query.

My understanding it was for arm64 supporting the newer Snapdragon and Nvidia cpu's...

I thought ARM64 only, but MS can surprise sometimes...
I hope that 26H2 being Windows 12 instead

@atplsx i just realized this is posted in the, soon to be deprecated, 226x1 thread, i have asked staff to move the posts about 26H1, yours and the replies to it, to the 28000 build thread :)

    It's moved :)

I also later forgot it, but I didn't request a move. Yes, it should be in the appropriate place. Thank you.

What's the CPU instruction requirement for this new 26H1 28000.x branch?
Has anyone tested this with older CPUs, i.e. 1st/2nd/3rd gen?

Also, from earlier posts here, this build doesn't have the watermark or any expiry date, so can this be considered as RTM candidates?
Those who've been using this 26H1 build in their daily drive, how's the experience? stable enough to use this? Compared to 25H2, is there any difference in terms of performance & stability?

    the same as 26100, SSE 4.1 4.2

no, it's final 26H1 build for the new laptops only

not a single issue for some weeks, much better impression than buggy 26100 branch

just remembered that zombie task manager bug is here, but I'm not noticing it at all

Do you game on your PC? Modern/AAA IPs?

If yes, then what about the gaming perf?

nah, I'm playing on consoles only for 10 years or so
I don't think anything would break here, compiling the code or generating imatrix calibration for LLMs is the same as it was on 24H2/25H2

Right, it's 4.2, checked it badly, sorry

As i remember POPCNT was a standalone requirement in the early builds, and then newer builds stopped booting on CPUs with POPCNT but without SSE 4.2
