Mount a v23H2 iso in file explorer to do a in place repair upgrade. After the repair upgrade is complete, then try the Installation Assistant again.

 

I think 24H2 is a joke nothing exciting and runs bogged what a waste of a year MS

 

guys i download normal iso from MS and go to rufus create iso i check all things remove tpm secure boot 4gb ram remove req for ms account prevent bitlocker encryption create local account with name skip privacy question in setup
iso was create succesfully then i go run from pc usb i click setup exe and i see only blick black screen any fix ? i use normal gpt and ntfs in rufus.

 

I'm not sure that rufus does a great job with the Windows 11 image. Please use the below link to create a working image,

Bogged down?? Was it a clean install or an upgrade? I've heard mixed reviews that with old machines it feels snappier.

 

it's exactly the same as 23H2 in terms of slowness on my i7-3770k
nothing is wrong here except stupid checkpoint updates

Windows 10 is still a bit faster and more snappy than 24H2 on both computers. But I'd say 24H2 is kinda faster than 23H2 but the animation is kinda terrible and laggy.

 

Thanks for the business ISO, by far the easiest way to go to Pro on systems with Home key in UEFI as well as installing Pro for Workstations. Also the way to get Enterprise if you can get a key.

Does the file Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd still work with Windows 11 24H2 26100.1742 please ?

 

Is the W11 ISO from official Microsoft website can be bypassed TPM using Rufus? .. just wanted to try with non-compatible computer of mine, and any chance to migrate from 23H2 to 24H2 using this original ISO ? ..

 

This can be an issue if you have ACM enabled on 8-bit SDR displays. If it's not that, file a bug in the feedback hub (never had this issue).

 

Some say we have to wait until the true GA which is the first Patch Tuesday after the official release date
