It has no problem to get fixed, just paste them line be line in terminal instead of saving in .bat

You could check in gpedit.msc for these settings:

Thanks, I did that. I also went further and removed UsoSvc and wuauserv for the Netsvc registry key. But Windows is still making requests to the update domains ctldl.windowsupdate.com and slscr.update.microsoft.com.
I also tried some various tools and scripts I found around github but it seems Windows can't be stopped in this way. I'm experimenting with blocking network access for svchost atm.

Thanks, I did that. I also went further and removed UsoSvc and wuauserv for the Netsvc registry key. But Windows is still making requests to the update domains ctldl.windowsupdate.com and slscr.update.microsoft.com.
