Can some-one tell me why this is happening. I have only Net 4 enabled. 1/2 my computers are getting the KB5036908 AND KB5016616 update, while others only get the KB5036908 and DONT GET the KB5016616 EDIT - Problem solved. Seems the computer needs the Net 3.5 files to get the update. so I enabled Net 3.5, got the files downloaded, and the update went thru. Then I simply disabled Net 3.5 after that. Easy as.
Hi guys. Is it normal that after enabling advanced boot (keeping Shift pressed before restarting) the following menu for choosing booting mode is in "English" language and not translated?
Here is the problem that occurred when installing any program, whatever it is, it takes 2 minutes to start installing, after it starts, it goes normally, does this happen too?
@Enthousiast If you try to reboot clicking on "opsstartinstellingen" it should reboot and then allowing to choose options (safe mode, disabling signature, and so on) but they appears in english language and those are the only options not translated yet.
The language setting of the bootloader has nothing to do with the setting of the OS(es). You likely have the BL set to en_US. Just use bootice (or the command line) and set it to the language you prefer While you are at it, just set the BL in legacy mode and forget that idiotic metro bootloader. Unless you have a tablet, w/o a keyboard attached, there isn't a single reason in the world to downgrade the user experience this way.
I can tell you that 22635 UUP isos are fully translated even in the "Startup Settings" like the MVS ISOs. So I think it's strictly related to 26100.xxx builds.
19045.3447 too, installing my dutch 26100 Enterprise 2024 LTSC to compare now, and it seems not translated there either: ps, 22635 is just the officially released 22621 + 22635 EP + LCU.
26100.xxx Vivetool is not working properly. Vivetool /query worked, but vivetool /enable does not record the key.
I am not able to get .268 installed on my desktop, but it worked on my wife's desktop. Our installations and hardware are 95% identical, and both systems are clean-installed using 26100.1 ISO. We were both on 26100.2, but her system updated just fine. Mine keeps on failing with "0x8007371c." I tried to download the Windows11.0-KB5036908-x64.msu and install it manually, but this also failed. SFC /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth exhibits no errors. Did a manual DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth, but it didn't make any difference.
