Same here, learned from experience that CU error can't be solved, despite all workarounds, it never worked for me in any case/way, so I suggest people to reinstall or clean install.
I've had extremely good luck with upgrade installs to resolve broken WU. The only installs I've 'lost' since Windows 10 were ones where I couldn't get to the desktop. I really miss the Windows XP days where you could 'save' an unbootable system by repairing from boot media. That was pretty awesome.
By 'upgrade installs to resolve broken WU', If you mean in-place upgrade that's what I actually referred as 'reinstall' in my earlier post.
Noticed that too since last month's (August) preview update (KB5062660 26100.4770). As my Win language is EN-GB, so thought maybe that's the reason for getting this EU symbol.
Good evening, everyone. Does anyone know when we can expect the new MVS ISOs to be released? Maybe tomorrow? I'm not sure which day Microsoft usually releases the ISOs, so any feedback would be appreciated.
almost time to relax 25/H2 soon should be out 8 to 10 weeks the question will it leave developer channel or go strait public?
okay, so in-place upgrade will let me keep all my programs/files correct? And do I need to create a new bootable USB from the latest ISO to do it or...?
Mount or extract the ISO (make sure it is fixed when it is on an older unsupported system) and run setup.exe. You can download the most current uptodate ISO here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1884582
Not able to enter recovery options by holding shift and clicking restart, pc shutdowns and just hangs on black screen with mouse, beta 24h2
These lockscreen improvements locked me out of the pc after installing the CU lmao For some reason edge reset all the web apps as well. had to re install them
