if you mean 22621 then yes
AggregatedMetadata.cab and DesktopDeployment.cab will be used to create install.wim and sort apps, not to build LCU MSU which is already there

if your host OS is old, like 22621/22631, then you can't extract files from SSU because your dpx.dll is outdated. it's included in DesktopDeployment.cab AND in LCU MSU / WIM MSU updates, so you don't need it to integrate updates. it will be used anyway from available source

Use another aria2c.exe, and replace old sha256 hash inside get_aria2.ps1 with the hash of current aria2c.exe if they're different.
Place aria2c.exe in the files folder.

    Gotta be honest with you.

Was still running Win7 until last November when I've decided to install Win11 during an NVME upgrade.
Wouldn't upgrade if Google/Microsoft would still support Chrome/Edge. I'm not a fan of Firefox...

Now I'm just getting used to its bugs, UI crashes, lack of UI consistency, "unease" of use (much more clicks to change settings than on earlier versions).

    Big Leap of faith :D

Enterprise LTSC 2019 would be a better alternate

Is this Home page from Windows settings, that's enabled by default on 22H2/23H2 builds

removed or disabled by default from 24H2 (26100.X) builds?

Settings "home" page removed only in LTSC editions, but in other editions (home, pro, enterprise) - page is present

Yep, old habits die hard, like people STILL WANTING the latest ISO as if its sort of god like better than just letting windows update. I still use the term RTM as its sort of still relevant (for 24H2 its 26100.1 or 26100.2), but mainly because the masses just relate to it after a lifetime on Windows.

Will 24H2 be offered by WU to those in Enterprise 23H2 or we have to download the ISO, run setup.exe and perform in-place upgrade?

if it's just regular Enterprise edition then it should be available in WU in september / october
but if your system requirements are not met, then no, upgrading from ISO is your only option

I don't get why I'd have to wait until September/October since 26100.863 was pubicly released June, 15.

What system requirements are those? Is it/will it be only available for Copilot+ PCs? My PC isn't Copilot+ so can I have any issue if installing 24H2?

Also, what's the difference between Pro and (the regular) Enterprise and is the latter really needed for most things? If on Pro, I'd already be offered 24H2 or I would had to wait until September/October?
