it's for a64 systems only, that new copilot+ PC laptops
GA for x64 systems should be in september / october

nothing has changed for x64 systems, just wait for the official release if your PC meets the Windows 11 system requirements

    too much weird questions...

GA for a64 systems was on June 18, 2024
GA for x64 systems is expected in september / october

upgrade rignt now or wait, it's that simple

    A64? What's that?

I read GA was June 15, not June 18 (I don't know if for a64 or x64 since it's the first time I hear about a64).

    Why are they weird?

24h2 "retail" 26100.863 is available now via ISOs on uupdump (or on the MS Insider site),
It will be the same when MS releases them in September/October (with the LCU available at that time, 26100.xxxx)

I find it odd the Wikipedia 24H2 version history doesn't consider that build 24H2 since it considered the first public releases of the previous versions as 21H2, 22H2 and 23H2.

As long as MS has not released the 24h2 on their site, perhaps it is still considered "Insider" by other sites

You are still able to remove things from windows think of trying to remove telemetry from ios or downgrade ios to an earlier version. It would be great if they all android including allowed users to choose what they want in their os and what not. EU attempted to force Microsoft to allow users remove edge. Hopefully they will force ms to allow users to remove everything they do not want in their os. 11 22h2 22621.2283 is best just use msmg toolkit cbsenum few regedit tweaks and works no issues

If installing 24H2 Pro from 23H2 Enterprise (or even from 24H2 Enterprise), do I have to do a clean install or may I do an in-place upgrade?

Even thou I am a light user, I prefer Pro over Enterprise even thou its bigger because of two features that makes life easy.

    1. GROUP POLICY - I can do all my personal changes in Goup Policy rather than say Registry editing, say permanently turn off RECALL and Co-Pilot. Its just so simple and easy.

    2. SANDBOX - A great feature for either visiting doggy web sites or running suspect software. Sandbox is basically a virtual Windows inside Windows, so it doesn't allow anything run inside it to alter your computer.

If Pro has them, then Enterprise does as well.
