No, I meant so that it can't be bypassed with such tweaks. Basically do msft's job properly for them so to speak.
Someone asked me to install W11 onto their unsupported pc and I'm trying to save myself the time to do tech support in the future when updates might fail. I'm looking for a way so that whatever modifications Rufus and other easy to find bypass methods do, would get ignored when trying to install W11.
I was under the impression that EPs didn't do anything beyond turning features on while the underlying LCUs are all identical.
When the EP for a specific IP channel is installed keep installing updates released to that channel, in the past it caused problems when manually applied other channel updates.
EP doesn't matter LCUs are not compatible, the components and PSFX deltas are derived from different branches
26100.1→26100.961(checkpoint?)→26120.1252 so i have to keep .961 as basebuild... after resetbase there is no staged superseded package nice build
I have a friend with an old Windows 10 ASUS laptop who wants me to upgrade him to Windows 11, Can I not use Rufus to create a Windows 11 24H2 with the hardware bypass USB installer and just upgrade or is it better to stick to 23H2?
