    I was installed it before but uninstalled it after some days before this security update

    @Enthousiast do you know if this OOB update .9457 is included in the 26300.9539 update few days ago.

    I assume that the lower delta build nr kb doesn't include the fixes from the higher delta build nr kb, the 26300.9539 update is not retail channel but IP Release Preview, expect another LCU very soon, i guess :D

    installed build 9482 seems ok but sandbox wont install from add features or cmd just rolls back any ideas ??

    That is an insider preview test build, the features are not downloadble on them, afaik.

    Nope, 26H2 is not officially released to the general public yet, but these ISOs are the same, just an older LCU:
