Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26120.3941) (KB5055634) [NEW] We’re investigating an issue where core Windows surfaces are not able to load in safe mode (File Explorer, Start menu, and others) after the previous flight. not fixed then
So with the new apps coming in, the size of a fresh Windows 11 install is approximately 26-27 GB. Damn...
Did you test that? The updated ISO is not that much bigger than before: 26100.3775: Code: After optimization, image file is 6418010112 bytes 26100.3915: Code: After optimization, image file is 6519021568 bytes Afaik, it's not they are adding apps but updating the existing apps. So, can't imagine that the install by this ISO will be significantly bigger than before.
Tell me about it, half a year ago, my C was 18GB without compression, now I have to reinstall, it is running out of space and I do not even have pagefile and hibernation.
Using edge in 26200.5570 with taskbar set to 'combine when full' I'm getting a strange bug. When I right click any edge instance in the task bar, the context menu always loads in the same spot, even if the edge instance I clicked is on the other side of the task bar.
With the installed programs that I use, the size of the "Win11_lot_Ent_LTSC_24H2_26100.3915" installed system is as shown in the picture.
With the last preview, do you also not have the thumbnails that appear in the taskbar (when you put the mouse over a software, directory, etc...) ? EDIT : Works on another PC, I'll see what it is
you can fix that by restarting explorer, i get that bug alot when ive been playing games at full screen, been there for a while seems to be related to auto resizing/scaling not sure if Microsoft is aware of it tbh Its not worth reporting
Up till now updates never checked for the requirements except one ip released one, on which they did test the watermark: requirements not met. But it is not expected this EP, it still is a 26100 based update should start checking them.
