There is not official msft torrent, they just downloaded the files from the available sources and made it into a torrent/magnet.
MS will never make torrents due to their nature. A normal DDL from their servers can be retracted by them at any time. But the moment you make a torrent, you essentially lose all control over the data. No way to fully revoke a torrent as it is all peer-to-peer.
The torrent is not from Microsoft. The ISO files contained in the torrent are the exact same ISO files. Some people prefer torrents, myself included. YMMV
The current April build is the best Windows 11 build I’ve used in recent months. Both the February and March builds were awful versions that, after installing them on Dell Latitude 5530 units with an i7-1265U and Dell Precision 3571 with i7-12800h, caused terrible overheating and the fan running at full speed. On one of them, even the SSD overheated badly and wasn’t recognized after a reboot. I don’t know if this happened to anyone else.

Feature Flags do not give you control over all features. only features that Microsoft allows to be adjusted will be displayed on them.
vivetool /enable /id:61157505 will enable the new insider experience to conform with experimental switch over, works in beta, and respects the beta state, so no feature flag option, please don't try to move to release preview, i feel this should be greyed out.
