26300.8758 I was unable to skip oobe, both oobe\bypassnro (ignored) and start:ms-cxh:localonly (restarts setup but comes back to same page). the only way to bypass it seems to be network connected, domain join. (even if i disconnect the network before it finishes looking for updates, it will jump back to network setup page. anyone know of a third bypass?

thanks for all the replies, for me this worked from Enthousiast reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f shutdown /r /t 0 setup completed successfully, completely offline, on 26300.8758 pro (tested on hyperv) please note, that if you choose to not do bypass trick, although you can do domain join on pro and higher, you must have active internet connection to check for updates before you can proceed to pick domain join. thanks you guys rock!!!
