    You can't probably it is an hardware think that old CPU does not support. This happen in A VM?

    If you are using Hyper-V, you need to be in the second generation and enable the TPM option.

    I'll wait for Insider-build again. Install works on my laptop but since it's a Swedish OS it wont let me upgrade and keep all my apps and files. :(
