according to MSI website, it only has the TPM connector, but the module is not included. anyway TPM is mostly only used by OEMs so no idea what will happens with DIY PCs.
Thank you. You mean deploy the WIM like the very Windows Setup would but using DISM ? I'm not very much onto this but how would be the proper DISM command to do this. And after that, do I have to mark partition as active to make it bootable ?
22000 is not RTM as I know, 22000 is the first public Insider build to be presented in June 24 and probably released the same day too for Insiders.
How can some of you not like this? I installed it on separate partition on my main machine in dual boot. Works flawlessly, faster than 10 and it's beautiful when you turn on transparency effects. Even better with TranslucentTB app from Microsoft Store. And this is only the first build lol. Activated it with W10 key with no problem. Screw VM and run it as it's supposed to be ran.
My laptop has Ubuntu 21.04 on a separate drive (I replace my DVD Drive with HDD Caddy, add SSD there as 2nd storage for Linux distro) and after installing this Windows 11, I can access my Ubuntu. Have you login your Microsoft account on this build? I just curious want to know. hahahaha
Well, now running 21996.1 as my main OS... Entered the machine into the Insider program... Will upgrade to the new "official build" straight from this one.
To everyone having problems with the Secureboot and TPM: Use a 21390 ISO and just swap the .wim with this leaked build one. Or install it trough DISM. I cant confirm the 1st method, but its claimed to be possible in other sites and forums.
Installed on a Dark Hero Board, with TPM module installed on a 5950x with a nvidia 3090. Its fast, it feels more modern with the pop in animations. The start button needs work and I'm not sure I like it centered yet. Enterprise is going to have a lot of retraining to do here.
Use a software like WinNTSetup to deploy. No need to learn dism commandline. Bypasses any setup errors people are encountering. But to use that software, you have to boot into preinstallation environment like Strelec’s WinPE iso.
