Thanks mate. Was gonna try it on the laptop tonight, but got my second dose today and feeling a little tired.
First you need to know what exactly spec your PC won't meet. So mount the iso in file explorer ( double click Windows 11.iso file) and just run setup.exe. Follow the instructions on screen and clearly it will fail but this time with a more detailed output ( Like "Your PC don't support TPM 2.0" or "Secure boot must be enabled" ) After that, you can decide what to try next

I installed .NET Framework 3.5 and kb5004034, same issue. Also I tested Windows 10 21H1 in the same network, which doesn't have such problem.
I wrote earlier that I installed the Soltex 1.7 Hz Celeron on my old motherboard through WinNTSetup/. Any suggestions on how to neuter winds 11 from telemetry and junk?
Hmm for me windows 11 looks like an orchestra with so many sounds remembers a lot of windows 7 times in this case still prefers my old and efficient W10 LTSC without problems I went back to jet ...
The Taskbar in this build is missing a lot of the old options. It can't be resized or moved. The Clock is awful and can't be changed. I tried the small icon registry thing mentioned earlier in the thread but that just made the icons fuzzy. As for the Start Menu, it's like some weird hybrid between a KDE and Gnome launcher. I tried putting the old start menu back. It works but if you decide to stay with the icons in the middle of the taskbar the menu still opens on the left.
