Hi all, I'm getting a new Copilot + AI laptop that comes with Windows 11 Pro. If I update it to IOT LTSC Enterprise version, would I lose any of the AI functions that came with the original windows pro? Second question is, should that be the case, is there a way to get those functions back? Please advise. P.S. My old laptop has been running IOT LTSC Enterprise version since June, and I'm impressed of how solid this version is.
are any of you issue with print on canon??I'm on last build and run IoT LTSC since 3 months, and I can't print some papers..I installed the usual driver and the canon is recognised, but when I want to print something, nothing happen..the list of print to come is empty..I had to install on VmWare a W10 and i can print easily all my paper..
Mount an image of a 22H2 and I was making some changes in the image and regedit, I thought it did not affect the regedit installation, for another time the changes will be made on the other computer mount the system on a disk that I have apart for testing and so I do not remove me from scares. Thank you
@Enthousiast After the last updates, is that safe to apply cleanup and reset base on an image ??? Thank you beforehand....
Iot is a more "polished" version of Windows versions, made to run on thin clients, medical devices, ATMs, kiosks, and "critical-mission" machines...
They actually promoted it as being for specific devices like the atm machines and hospital equipment but atm machines mostly still run on nt5 or xp or some other ancient OS The Internet Of Things hype is a bit under the weather so to speak
Actually I prefer few editions of Windows, but more solid and well polished, but I think that this time is gone, like you say: "The Internet Of Things hype is a bit under the weather, so to speak" @Enthousiast
I would like to slip in those licenses when for example I'm updating a LTSC iso with W10UI, but without adding in the appx aswell. If I need any inbox app after installing Windows, I would grab an updated version from rg-adguard and install it with pwsh. But what I noticed is that they won't launch if the license isn't provided with -LicensePath . And I wanted to skip this step and have the licenses installed already.
