Phew, long thread once again… Hello, I would like to build a slightly slimmer W11 Enterprise LTSC (not IoT) and cleanly remove the things I don't need (Edge browser, new image viewer etc.) from the ISO. What is the best tool to do this with? Which one can be used to do the job properly so that the OS runs smoothly? Should I use NTLite for this? Have a nice rest of the day!
Yes, LTSC 2024 is a bad release, it's very slow (like W11 24H2) because the antimalware and security are taking lots of resources. I'm now in LTSC 2021, and also I like 2019 because it lacks Edge. In 2024 Edge auto starts and programs like New Outlook and Developer Start? (Inicio de desarrollo in Spanish) are auto installed
same problem with my Intel i3-3240T processor. every time starts computer with f2 & bios set default then start. after installing windows 11 24H2.

This project is also interesting for creating a slim Windows 11. The original author had written a script to slim down Windows 10 and speed it up a lot, but unfortunately left the forum. In settings Display - Graphics When I click on graphics the window automatically closes. Is there anyone who has the same problem as me or just i have this problem? Edit: I'm using iot ltsc

Wmic has been disabled with one of the updates, several programs use this. Try the following:- CMD Admin dism /online /add-capability /capabilityname:WMIC~~~~
I've installed Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 and found missing stuff that should have been present: - Windows Terminal - winget - Pwsh (Powershell 7.x) - WSL2 I also couldn't find a straightforward way to install winget.
