No Jim, You have to run the code string in PowerShell as Admin, which is more powerful and different than Command Prompt. Command Prompt won't get the job done that you're wanting. An easy way to get to PowerShell is on the Start Button's right click menu, choose the entry that says "Windows PowerShell (Admin)".
The iso i used to install IoT Ent LTSC 24H2 was the (en-us_windows_11_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2024_x64_dvd_f6b14814.iso) with the .1742 LCU. Installed my FoDs (languages), installed again the .1742 LCU and then the latest LCU .3476. The latest .NET CU and the system was up to date from WU. I checked the WinRE version and it was at .1710 build but when i try to update it with the kb5053143 i always get the: "Error: 0x800f081e The specified package is not applicable to this image." Any thoughts?

Hi Gents, I did the migration from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 without losing data or applications as per: After mounting the image on the the PC I want to upgrade, I opened a command prompt as admin and entered, reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v EditionID /d IoTEnterpriseS /f Then I quickly ran setup on the virtual DVD Drive. Then I stayed patient while it did it's thing, and it held at a screen that said it was going to save the Apps and Files - then I clicked next and before too long it was done. Then I activated it with MAS after the migration was complete. (I put this instruction here for those who may need to do this on their PC.) It worked like a charm! Thanks for the assist Gents.
