Finaly I found latest build Win 11 IoT LTSC ISO 26100.3775 en-us in the net, installed it on external mSata SSD and noted one interesting thing: in this build possible to fully localize OS via PowerShell.
I managed to download LpCab via PowerShell while in previous builds (1742 and up) was possible to download LXP only.
Via Settings as before is still possible to download LXP only.

    Preview:
    KB5055627 (Build 26100.3902) for Windows 11 (24H2) x64 - (3.8 GB) [.MSU]
    KB5055627 (Build 26100.3902) for Windows 11 (24H2) ARM64 - (2.4 GB) [.MSU]

    How to make a baseline
Why don't you give a lecture on how to update the baseline based on that

Is this in respond to my question about you using any cleanup beyond the officially supported cleanup options? If yes, that will probably be the cause of the error.

MVS provides 26100.1742 baseline ISOs for consumer, business and LTSC, what baseline would you now need to make yourself?

That is not an original MSFT ISO, at least not according the name and build.

The build is because it is updated by somebody private, not by MSFT so, it is considered homebrew, the person downloading it should not use it and update it himself, so no "extra's" could appear and nobody else will share his homebrew ISOs too.
