I even downloaded the update (KB5060842) from MS update catalog and it refused to install on my X570 Gigabyte 16 core PC running 11 Iot 24H2. And WU only gave me the MSRT.

What reason was shown when it failed/refused to install and what build were you on at that time?

We can keep running around in circles here:

    1. @abbodi1406 already showed us that the update is being gradually rolled out (due to compatibility issues).
    2. I ran the test with a fresh 26100.2605 LTSC VMware install and it was offered instantly.
    3. Someone in this thread claimed the update refused to install, so it was offered (or ran manually, never got an answer on that) but it failed/refused.
    4. So i installed a fres 26100.4202 VM and installed the update manually, and that worked too,
    5. Someone asked me why i didn't use WU, did it give problems? I answered by showing that i already did that and it worked fine.

    Sure.
The only final conclusion tho is that not everyone are receiving it at the same and/or can manual install it on specific devices at the moment.

@Enthousiast I am running IoT 11 24H2 - 26100.4202 . When I downloaded the update from MS catalogue it said "This update is not for your computer" even though I verified that it was the x64 update. Another of my PCs and 2 laptops got it, but not until Security & MSRT updates were given first then searching hard with WU. This morning I searched several times with UW and it still wasn't offered. I don't know if this has anything to do with my being offered and installing a week ago the out of band preview patch.
