When you re-installed windows with what build and configuration did you do that? Atm i would advise to perform an inplace upgrade with the already uptodate ISO.
Im using the Windows 11 LTSC IOT 2024 26100.1.240331-1435 iso How can I do an inplace upgrade on LTSC since it recieves only security updates Also will the ISO's posted on massgrave site already updated with KB5063878 ?
Best to start with a 26100.1742 ISO. Or at least install the checkpoint Update (kb5043080) first (or simply put the cp update + latest LCU next to W10UI and run W10UI) I have no idea what that has to do with creating an uptodate ISO and performing an inplace/repair upgrade. The ISOs with 26100.1742 do already have the checkpoint update (kb5043080) integrated by MSFT.

Already has the cp update (kb5043080) integrated it should not be needed to re-install it. Thanks used the tool and compressed the install.wim to .esd with W10_ISO_Tool Reinstalled and still it gets stuck to the same KB5063878 update with 0x8000ffff error I dont know if this is relevant : Im trying it on a Lenovo M71e SFF System that has incompatibility issues with Intel Management Engine. Because of this if Windows Update installs any version of Intel Management Engine the PC would stuck on boot often. What I did was to hide the Intel Management Engine driver update and leave it as is with no driver installed

This all could have been done in 3 simple steps, i am creating a video as we speak, no need for any autounatend.xml stuff.
That upgrade path should be possible, maybe it needs a license switch to normal Enterprise 2021 LTSC and then upgrading to Enterprise 2024 LTSC and next switching back to IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC by Key. Or try this tool to perform the upgrade directly: UpgradeMatrix.xml FiX Tool (Very Beta)
Convert your IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 to desktop edition (non-IoT LTSC 2021), download Enterprise LTSC 2024 ISO with a same UI language you have in your current OS. Unpack the ISO, for instance, via WinRAR or maybe just mount it, run setup.exe, follow on-screen guides and wait for magic to happen. You may be lucky If yes, switch the fresh OS back to IoT edition. But I have no idea if you can make this all if your PC doesn’t meet Win 11 requirements. IMHO, better to make a clean installation.
