Later? Is April 4, 2024 later than May 25, 2024? In principle, you are right. As far as I can imagine MS started sending out to OEMs earlier this date and it was leakage from Lenovo...
Everytime when there is a new major new release upcoming we have these discussions and it was getting better, TILL it is about the LTSC ISOs, then all discussions are back again. They are 26100.1 ISOs, and made available on the official OEM portal, how more official do you want to have it? And WA made them available for the general public, not the first time ..
26100 is going to be GA/RTM release, they also released official Enterprise LTSC evaluation ISO's with the same build number. Windows will install updates later anyway. On June 18, they will ship ARM64 surface laptops with that build number.
Now it"s clear for me. I don"t have an access to any OEM Repo but I was 100% sure that leaked ISO Build 26100 was genuine "coz I was reading somewere about that and that It was a leakage from Lenovo...
It is not about discussions, it"s about availability... What you think how many people have an access to "official OEM portal"? Yes, Windows_Addict made it available but not for "the general public"... ...for MDL Members only... And of course this can"t be considered as an "official release"...
Yeah, I believed it was genuine as well. However, it's better when we have more than one person to vouch for the claim. Now we have multiple people on this MDL forum with access to those ISO's.
You are mixing the term "official release" with "general availability /RTM". Is this an official release? Yes. Is this released to the general customers? No. Is the build with the number 26100 going to be released as a general availability version? All signs point to a yes. They are going to ship the same build on ARM64 for Surface on June 18 as well.
Could someone please bring me up to date with the differences between IoT Enterprise vs Enterprise are? I'm well aware of what IoT, Enterprise and LTSC are. What I'm fuzzy about is that I know at one point IoT was just a licensing thing and that IoT Enterprise and Enterprise builds were identical as far as included features, but that seems to have changed at some point. What year/build did that change and what's different now? I'm just trying to get my notes straightened out so I can decide what builds I want to SVF and add to my collection.
Hello Everyone, Today I had experimental with Released Windows 11 LSTC 2024 (24H2) what I know that Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LSTC 2024 works fine with MAS 2.6, But however that I also found out Windows 11 Enterprise LSTC 2024 does not work OEM or RTM and test on MAS 2.6 and it was unsuccessfully and I also tried KMS368 which in MAS 2.6, SO, right now I noticed between Windows 11 Enterprise LSTC 2024 and IOT Enterprise LSTC 2024 and to me looks same, but different type licenses.. SO, we will keep eye appeal to see if any successfully with Windows 11 Enterprise LSTC 2024 fix up with MAS script.. BTW, I had passed through SSE4.2 on my Xenon CPU that has (24H2!!) Again for now please use WIndows 11 IoT Enterprise LSTC 2024 for now.. Enjoy holiday! ATGPUD2003
