@AsaadSoft 0x800f0838 = CBS_E_RESERVICING_REQUIRED_BASELINE you need KB5043080 msu too @Meedas for live OS target, W10UI always install the msu file directly so, v10.59 or later will have the same effect

and webview2 came back, sort of. MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe fired (scheduled tasks and services were removed). It seems to have downloaded an EdgeUpdate folder in Program files (x86), but it is only 12.7mb. The tasks and services have been recreated aswell. Not listed as being installed though.
i wanted to try activate LTSC 2024 with MAS, but after activation, I got IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024. is this true?
