What I don't understand is why in 23H2 they work well and in 24H2 the warning goes out, in theory it is the same operating system with some more restrictions, apart from the TPM the SSE4.2
Agree...IMHO, some apps that was smoothly working on Win 10 LTSC, will not be that smoothly running on Win 11 LTSC... Even when september - october comes...
I have Win 11 IoT LTSC installed on two Lenovo Thinkpad laptops: X230, i5-3210M,16Gb RAM and T460, i7-i6500U, 16Gb RAM, both with SSD. Didn"t install any extras such as Store, Sandbox, etc. Never have had any issues including updates...

Not an expert but You need to check first whether all drivers are available to download for win 11 & whether bootloader is locked or not. @Enthousiast might help more.
I clean installed 26100.1 iso on my PC and Windows automatically updated to 26100.863. But when I tried to install language pack of my mother tongue, I found the settings app still display in English it never happened in previous build. I’m so confused

Why didn't you simply offline pre-integrate the language files using W10MUI, then all was installed in your language.
