Missing popcnt ? Cpu for intel 2008 / for amd 2011 Older cpu ? Stay on 23h2 or use windows 10 iot ltsc 2021
Maybe during installation you saw some error code...Use it to find solution; paste it in any browser window and check for results. Probably you have an old machine and seems to me its HW (for instance, motherboard) is a reason.
Hi, it seems upgrading from W10LTSC2021 works fine. I tried also on a VirtualBox W10LTSC2021 and it's the same: Upgrading works but booting the W11IOT2024 ISO doesn't work.
Im trying to install Epic launcher store, but no bueno... anyone else? alot of probs with installations either getting stuck/slow or spitting errors with this builds using am5 x670e asus with IOT .863 build
No issues installing iot 863. I'm still playing with it thinking to move from pro 22h2 which works no issues. Thing I found now is that iot ltsc 2024 doesn't have quick settings edit button. Can't remove things from quick settings. Creepy. Bug installing chipset and similar drivers takes 5 min to install Bug if you change to interlaced refresh rate items in settings/system will disappear Easy to disable defender and everything else without causing errors Tasks in task manager don't go to 0% cpu usage as it does in 22h2 There are over 2000 packages comparing to over 1000 in win 11 pro 22h2 Looking at it, can't really see any improvement major changes over 11 22h2.
.863 does this have a license I know during install there is when you go to help about and Microsoft license and Terms from an app it just sits there locking up the app ?
WSA subsystem wont launch for me, anyone? used file: MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid_2311.40000.5.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.Msixbundle
.994 is failing for me, tried it with WU and by running the msu. I suspect that it's because I installed the dev channel update a few days ago.
Is mostly because of incompatible drivers or AV interfering. You can try a clean install, good chance that will work fine.
Anyone know how to keep microsoft edge from reinstalling? Updating to 26100.863 seems to have microsoft edge reinstall itself even if you use regedits that are supposed to block it from reinstalling. Microsoft seems to be dead serious on having microsoft edge being installed if it's ignoring changes to the registry now.
