You cannot choose "Keep everything" option for upgrade if Win11 LTSC IoT language is different

 

it worked like this before (not tested with LTSC editions)
1. install en-us language online
2. change InstallLanguage to 0409 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language\
3. in-place upgrade with "Keep everything" should be available

change your language back after upgrade

too lazy to test it, maybe tomorrow

 

Rename it to .msu and install.

 

Recall is disabled on Win11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, but how to completely remove it?

I have a question: did someone install Win 11 non-IoT (or IoT) LTSC + Store on gaming laptop and try to play some games?
If yes, how suitable is this edition for a such purposes now?

But package are not removable

 

Tested working but 24h2 ltsc or no , have bug atm ,( stay on win11 23h2 atm or windows 10 iot ltsc 2021 )
